David J. Goodman, CPA, MST

Managing Director

David joined the firm in 1988. As managing partner, he is currently responsible for overseeing the practice operations, as well as working with a client base of individuals and closely-held businesses. A national <speaker>, David delights audiences with his no-nonsense, educational and entertaining style.

A highly-skilled professional in the area of dental practices , David is often invited to speak on tax-related and business growth topics. He is also a frequent contributor to Dental Economics magazine on practice management.

Before joining LB Goodman & Co, David worked in the Metropolitan Services Group of PriceWaterhouse in New York City. He attended the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree. In 1995, he received a Master of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University.

David is a member of the Academy of Dental CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs, the New York State Society of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He serves on the board of trustees for many local nonprofit charities.
