Cathy Marotta joined LB Goodman & Co in 1978. She has extensive knowledge of internal controls, taxes, and international business. She became the audit partner in 1989 after being the audit manager for five years.

Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology from Ramapo College and has completed master’s-level coursework in finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

She is a licensed certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs. Cathy is currently serving as the Treasurer of Kozlov Dance International, a non-profit performing arts group. In addition to her vast experience, she has extensive knowledge of internal controls, taxes, and international business.
