LB Goodman & Co was recently recognized for the 2nd consecutive year as one of New Jersey’s best places to work by NJBIZ. The company has been repeatedly recognized by NJBiz and Accounting Today as a best place to work.

He continues, “A core belief in our firm is that we each have the power to make a positive difference in the lives of others. I think that is a key component in making us a great place to work.”
Creating an optimal work experience is important to Goodman. The team’s core values include a “can do” culture that encourages everyone to help one another—as well as their clients—to achieve success.
This mantra makes business sense, too. Goodman believes by taking good care of his employees, his employees will, in turn, take wonderful care of their clients.
Fostering employee engagement has inspired a variety of employee-led initiatives like “Dining with David,” a book club, and “Dress Down for Charity,” a community event.
